Ο Υπάλληλος
Music composer:
Loukianos Kilaidonis
Score for piano.Comments:This score was intended for the pianist Petros Tsitsopoulos and concerns the 1980 reprise of the performance. It comprises the purely instrumental parts and the accompaniment of the songs of the performance. The music appears to be the same as that of the first production in 1977. Only some parts differ in terms of the key in which they are written. Apparently due to a change in the cast of the 1980 performance, the key was differentiated according to the vocal abilities of the later actors.
Spartito for voice and piano.Comments:The original score, a total of 8 pages, is handwritten and bears the signature of the composer Lukianos Kelaidonis. It includes twelve songs from the performance.First song: Mitros inc. "Coins or justice, coins or prosperity..." (in 3/4) and before this song there is the line of the text: "Here is justice, here is prosperity". Second song: Mitros inc. "Lord Lord Olympiadis..." and is preceded by the line of the text: "The whole world laughs at me where I am still a slave" (in 2/4). Third song: Xenophon and Cleopatra inc. “And now I am leaving and leaving you…” (in C). It is preceded by the line of the text “I will do whatever I can, my light.” Fourth song: Cleopatra inc. “And if you are far from me…” (in 3/4, E major). Fifth song: Civil servant and soldiers inc. “That is why I have the rank…”. It is preceded by the text “Where he helped me and I became a straight officer” (samba in F, in 2/4).Sixth song: Olympiades and Mitros inc. “As if I were looking in a mirror at such a good looking face…” (in 2/4, G major). It is preceded by a short introduction in G major and the text “I will simply get engaged”.Seventh song: Mitros inc. “With the bell on my neck... ” (in 2/4, G major). It is preceded by the text “I will break your face”.Eighth song: Xenophon and Cleopatra inc. “Oh sweet Cleopatra... ” (in 2/4, in fa). It is preceded by the text “My heart, my life depends on your nods. Ninth song: Judges inc. “To the guillotine... ” (in 3/4). The text's preface is "It aspires to become European".Tenth song, Judges inc. "Under independence..." (at 2/4). The text's preface is "Under the holy word Independence..." Eleventh song, Olympiades inc. "I need a phrase..." (at 2/4 in Mi). The text's preface is "River of mercy and treasure of mercy".Twelfth song, Chorus inc. "Oh, unsparing mercy, oh source of so much wisdom..." (tsamikos at 6/8). It is preceded by two accelerando bars in Do-Fa and the text"...throw the condemned into the sea".
Score for piano and voice πιάνου και φωνής.Comments:The score is mixed: it comprises some parts for voice only and some others purely instrumental for piano.
Score for piano.Comments:We can observe that in the piano accompaniment part, that is, the left hand, there are notes each time only with the name of the chord.
