Score for orchestra.Comments:It is a part from the orchestral version of the play for No. 18.
Score for orchestra.Comments:The entire notation of the scores is based on the allocation of the Chorus into a circle divided into three parts. Each part in turn is subdivided in the middle and consists of 7 people. A total of 42 people of the Chorus participate in different formations, as indicated at the beginning of the chorales. Their participation is indicated fractionally, 1/6, 1/3, 3/3, etc.). For example, the participation of a chorus with high-pitched drums at 1/6 and simultaneous recitation of a dance, as well as the participation of 7 members of the chorus who recite and beat the drums II is indicated by a side figure, where the corresponding group is emphasized. This division into groups with the change of percussion instruments serves the distribution into two staves (the entire dance 1/1 with the performance of the same percussion instruments, e.g. drums 1/1) and extends up to the juxtaposition of 6 staves; the part of the chorus and the sound of the percussion instruments (which instrument is used) are indicated on each stave. There is an orchestral score in which we can discern the participation of a string ensemble (violins I and II, cello and double bass) and wind instruments (trumpets 1 & 2 and trombones 1 & 2), which probably comes from the transcription of the play (as a suite) for a brass and string orchestra. We do not know if this page has been used in the performance (it seems difficult to have all these instruments for such a short excerpt) or if it was heard on a recording. The participation of the Chorus with phalia can reach 3/3 and the distribution of percussion instruments is even 3/3 (e.g. wooden rattles 2/3, rattles 1/3).The chorus has been divided into High, Middle and Low tones or rattles. The separation seems to have been made by E. Nikolaidis for the two stops and is different from that of the composer. In the middle of the folder where the score is kept, we can find the the names of the Chorus. There is another suggestion in the orchestral score concerning the way of interpreting the drums:"The drums ppp are played with the straps or with drippy, non-synchronous percussions, scattered throughout the chorus (contemplatively),fff if the straps do not make a terrible noise, then fists - but very powerful contemplatively.
Score for orchestra.Comments:It is the music for the first stop (prayer) inc. "King of Kings..."Νο. 14 - 16.
Score for orchestra.Comments:It is the music for the second stop.
